NY Foundation Veterinary Technician Scholarship Guidelines
Eligibility Requirements
1. Experience Preference: Candidates with prior experience working in an emergency room (ER) veterinary setting or animal shelter will be given preference.
2. Program Acceptance: Applicants must be accepted into an accredited, in-person Veterinary Technician program within the United States.
3.Academic Achievement:
Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 at the time of application.
To remain eligible for renewal, recipients must maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher in subsequent semesters.
4. Program Format: Only applicants attending an in-person program are eligible (online-only programs do not qualify).
